The frequency is 145.310 with a minus offset and a 100 Hz tone.    Emergency / Disaster Use of the Repeaters If any EOC (Emergency Operations Center) in our repeater coverage area is activated and requests emergency use of either repeater, control of the repeater(s) will immediately be turned over to the EOC. That EOC will either assume net control or designate a person or persons to be net control. The EOC will maintain control of the repeater(s) until they release it back to general use. This emergency use applies to either local (city) or county EOC operations.
